[ESS] M-n s is undefined

Although it is good to have keybindings, another approach is to use the
power of Makefiles to compile your docs into pdfs; then from Emacs it is
just a simple "make doc.html" to convert your Rmd into an html.  This
does of course require an extra Makefile for each project, but for large
scale projects I tend to prefer that.
