Feasible of course. We can even piggyback on rstudioapi:)

I would especially interested in data.table within [] completion.

This has always been in ESS in the sense that all arguments from all
methods are provided for completion and eldoc. I don't see the narrowed
completion based on the evaluated first argument as a major advantage.
