[ESS] sing emacs on linux to run SAS 9.4 interactively - how to get the listing file to update interactively?

I use SAS 9.4 with Emacs/ESS on Linux. I've noticed that output that used
to go to the *SAS.lst* buffer now goes to the *SAS* buffer. I'll try to
investigate further.
