[ESS] XLisp Anyone?

We dropped the xlisp support 1 or even 2 years ago. We don't have the
resources to maintain things that nobody is using anymore. The old code
is still there and interested parties can attempt to make it work, but
that would probably mean some considerable elisp hackery.
