[ESS] set color of buffer with R permanently?

Hi,

For to find the buffer with R quicker, I like to set its background to 
some unusual color permanently, i.e. on restarting the R process I want 
to find its buffer with its 'old' bg color. How can Ido that? (I use 
Aquamacs3.0a on MacOSX10.7.5
