[ESS] ESS Hangs: Text is read-only

Hi Paul:

I can't reproduce.  For me, on RHEL 5.7, Emacs 24.3 and ESS 13.09-2,
I get an acroread window rather than evince.  After closing the
acroread window, everything behaves as expected.  This could be
an evince issue.
