[ESS] BUG: package-index conflicts with devtools

Where am I supposed to do C-c ` ?  I am doing this in the *help[R]*
buffer and get a 'C-c ` is undefined'

Could you please advise me further on what you want me to do?



I forgot to mention my environment in case that is important here.

I am experiencing this on
- OS X 10.9.3
- GNU Emacs 24.4.50.1 (x86_64-apple-darwin13.1.0, NS apple-appkit-1265.19)
- ess-version: 14.05 [git: 4283f1304a54502c42707b6a4ba347703f0992dd]
- R 3.0.2
- devtools 1.5
