[ESS] Bibtex and Rnw files

Selecting the texi2pdf option should get you there, doesn't it?

While on this topic, I'd like to have an option (on M-n P) to use XeTeX as a compiler. Will look into contributing a patch unless a fast shooter like Vitalie takes care of it first.
