No backtrace indeed

when I write

in a R script script.R and evaluate the line, I get the traceback:

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (invalid-function ess-with-current-buffer)
  ess-with-current-buffer(#<buffer *help[R](sort)*> help nil)
  call-interactively(ess-display-help-on-object nil nil)

in addition the help page opens in my script buffer script.R and renders
the buffer read-only. I have to kill and reopen the buffer to be able to
read and write script.R again.

Best wishes,
