[ESS] Make ess-help reuse one and only one buffer?

Hello everyone,

I have tried a number of different ways to get ESS help buffers to display in only one window (the bottom right window, in this case). But it seems that the solutions on Stack Overflow only affect the behavior of regular emacs help windows.

Using 'dedicated.el' and other dedicated window tricks only work some of the time, and it's a pain to use if you are switching your main editing buffer from ESS[R] to the parent Orgmode file, jump to a different Org branch and reenter ESS[R] mode.

And the ESS help options seem to be focused on frames (eg, ess-help-own-frame).

Has anyone found a way to make ESS help windows reuse the same window?
