[ESS] scroll along

Hi again

For the records, I have just updated ESS to version 13.03, so now scrolling is working also in the *R* buffer. 

That's been annoying me for a while so thank you all for your efforts.

This works for me.  I have these settings:

(setq comint-scroll-to-bottom-on-input t)
(setq comint-scroll-to-bottom-on-output t)
(setq comint-move-point-for-output t)
(setq comint-scroll-show-maximum-output t)

I am using ess 13.03 [<unknown>], but I do not know, when that started
working for me.  So maybe the update would help indeed.
