[ESS] Emacs 24.3 is out

In fact,
org-mode now already comes with the standard Emacs distribution.
So one would have to remove it from there if one does not want it.
Additionally, a more recent version is available on elpa,
and the development version is available from a git repository.

So I think Vincent does not need to do anything regarding the inclusion of org-mode.
