[ESS] Emacs 24.3 is out

I have been staring at that for 2 days.  How can you tell which bug IDs
have been fixed?  The bugs 12463/12468 hit us hard here; Emacs slows to
the point of being unusable.  I'm hoping (praying really) that 24.3
fixes those.  I've been straining my eyes looking at src/image.c to see
some sign of a bug fix.  Any other ideas?
