[ESS] Sourcing remote buffer to remote R process does not work

Hmm, I get the same error with the current developmental version, 
checked out with git today. When debugging a remote file, the minibuffer 
indicates

Reference tmp/script.R at xxx not found

I guess the script in tmp is the local copy created by tramp, right?
