C-c C-d C-e C-e C-e C-e ... 

See the doc string of how to customize the commands.

Some small things like this are not documented in the docs. As emacs is
self documented the first thing to do when you start with a mode is to
C-c C-h, then C-c C-d C-h, then C-c C-e C-h etc
