[ESS] M-n s is not executed if a new R process has to be started first

Dear ESS developers,

I work with ESS 12.09-2 (under Ubuntu 12.10 with Emacs 24) and experienced the
following behavior:

Assume there is no R process started. If I use "M-n s" in an .Rnw document, I obtain

,----
| no ESS processes running; starting R
`----

If I then use "M-n s", Sweaving of the .Rnw document is done. Why can't that be
done directly when the new R process is started?

Cheers,

Marius
