[ESS] Is there a simple newbie guide to using knitr in ESS

I'm a big fan of org mode, but for me org-babel is too general, and I
prefer knitr right now for my R literate programming needs.

If you want to try org-babel, I wrote some notes on my ess tutorial, but
the 2012 tutorial might be the best starting point:
