[ESS] ESS, R, speedbar: suggestion for documentation

Thanks for the suggestion, Vitalie. Added as suggested (though I changed
the "-" by mistake ;-( ).
P.D: thanks for the mention of ess-build-tags-for-directory; I did not
know about it.
