[ESS] julia mode syntax highlighting - single quote misparsed

hi,

In julia, the single quote ' is the symbol for matrix transpose.
However, in julia mode, everything between a pair of single quote is
parsed as some kind of quotation and colored purple.

My current workaround is to put a closing quote inside comments, e.g.
B = X'*X ##'
