[ESS] Mata mode in Stata

The improvements to the Stata prompt code in the latest release have a
downside: if we enter Mata mode (Stata's matrix language) the prompt
changes to ": " and we lose the command-line recall. 

I suggest changing inferior-ess-primary-prompt to "\\. \\|: \\|--more--"

This isn't an urgent change, as it is easy to do
(ess-change-alist 'inferior-ess-primary-prompt "\\. \\|: \\|--more--" STA-customize-alist)
for the moment.
