[ESS] Help running R within Emacs

I am running Vicenct Goulet's latest Emacs package on WIndows 7 (64bit).
It starts the 32bit version of R and behaves as I expect.
I have to add that I am definitely not an Emacs expert, so I do not understand
any details. I just installed the version of Emacs I mentioned, and it works.
