[ESS] ess-swv-pdflatex-commands options

Hi Frede,
Thanks for the suggestion. Sure, I can put pdflatex first, but then I
have to run BibTeX manually, which I'm trying to avoid. I've solved
the problem as Rodney suggested and Brian demonstrated. All is working
as desired.
