[ESS] XEmacs, ESS on Cygwin and R on Windows XP: inferrior-ess-prompt problem

Ok, I didn't realize that reverting WITHOUT moving the point
to the beginning of the buffer is another killer feature of
XEmacs.  How do you do that in Emacs?  This is very annoying.
I can't believe Emacs users would put up with this.  There
must be a setting for that, right?
