[ESS] tunelling R over ssh and using x11 tunelling

OK, solved that one. For anyone interested:

Solution 1: invoke ssh from emacs by M-x shell RET plink -X RET ...
Solution 2: set in ssh.el: (defcustom ssh-explicit-args '("-X")
Solution 3: run putty.exe, load Default profile, click on x11 forwarding (ssh->x11) and save these settings s the default ones
