[ESS] C-c C-v takes ages!

Hello Everyone!

ess-display-help-on-object (C-c C-v) takes around 3-4 seconds.

This happens on  emacs 23.2.1 and ESS 5.5 with the   Vincent Goulet's pack on
win32.

I have tried it on blank emacs only with ess-site loaded,  same problem.

Also in my old emacs 31.1 and ESS 5.5 C-c C-v works instantaneously. So the
crack is not in  my config.

I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
