hi Ross, I just tried this, but if I do "?foo" in an *R* buffer, then in
the Emacs echo area (the very bottom line), I get told "No
documentation", and no empty help buffer is created.  This is generated
by ess-help-bogus-buffer-p which checks for such buffers.

This is with ESS 5.9 at least.
