[ESS] Jumping to (or listing) functions in a given file?

Hunting through ess list on gmane, I should look in the menu bar of
emacs (not used to doing that :-)

I see the `Imenu-S > Methods` (and the Functions) submenu has the
payload I'm after. I'm looking at the ess-menu.el file and see that
it's just using regex's to get that.

That'll do fine for now, but how can I get emacs to dump the methods
listed there into my minibuffer so I can select them?

Perhaps this is more of an elisp question now, but perhaps others
would find this helpful (so maybe an ess feature request (if it's not
already in there :-)
