[ESS] Sweave, Emacs GNU

On Windows I think you need sweave.bat instead of sweave.sh. See
http://cran.r-project.org/contrib/extra/batchfiles/

You'll also need to edit
"Sweave" "~/script/Sweave.sh -ld -nc %s"
to point to sweave.bat
