Was I hallucinating or did somebody say they were going to put this
on the R-Wiki?  If so, then I found this page which may be a good
place for the FAQ to keep all of the ESS info together:

We'll need a link from the ESS home page to this location as well
(and since there is already content there we don't need to wait).
