[ESS] Emacs and interactive SAS

No change, sorry.

Rodney Sparapany or Rich Heiberger  are more experienced here
(SAS / Windows), but last I heard was that the 
Windows version of SAS was  "missing a feature" 
that SAS / Unix provides, and 
consequently no  "ESS interactive SAS" was possible.
