[ESS] ESS Toolbar missing after Ubuntu Update

hi Andreas,
I am also running intrepid ubuntu, and can confirm that the extra R
icons on toolbar are no longer present in R mode. It looks like some
of the regular emacs icons have changed from emacs 22 to 23, which might
be causing problems. I may not get time to look at it for a while
though...
Thanks for reporting it to ess-help (better not on r-help as Martin has
already pointed out).
