[ESS] slow scrolling with Emacs CVS

Hi,

I'm using the emacs-snapshot package (which is *very* close to CVS) and
have been experiencing this behaviour since the last 3 or 4 snapshots (~
1.5 months).  It's especially bad on large files, but fortunately I only
have a few of those, so haven't been excessively annoyed to go through
the various debug procedures yet, hoping that it's just a temporary
Emacs CVS issue.

Just a "me too" follow-up...
