[ESS] Process SAS is not running... error on Ubuntu

On a side note: in general, avoid to mix Debian and Ubuntu packages.  
ESS is in Ubuntu. If you want the latest version, it is available  
through CRAN; see

	http://cran.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu/
