[ESS] ... when editing R documents, 'delete' key behaves as 'backspace'

Doh!  I should have read back further in the thread (which I see is 
quite extensive :o)  Done!  Also, done in ess-trns.el  Hopefully, that's 
the end of it.  Should be out with 5.3.10 RSN.
