[ESS] Problem with R 2.6.0 "Lisp nesting exceeds max-lisp-eval-depth"

Tony,

The one that's causing trouble is ESS version 5.3.3.  The other machine
is the one I have at home, so I can't check right now, but it may well
be a later version.

I'll try installing 5.3.6 and see if that fixes it.

But which version of ESS are you using?  Is it the same on both, or
did you just update one of them?
