[ESS] R: R: Xemacs icons are not shown on win2000

Surfing the net I found this

I did not have a .ico file under C:\Programs\XEmacs, that was present in the
old version.
Now it is working properly.

I already tried this, but for some reason the "advanced" button is not
shown, and in its place thare's only a "resume" button.
All the other extensions show the "advanced" button, but .txt and .R ones
doesn't.
