[ESS] temporary files

The C-c C-b command uses the S/R command load(filename) which requires
a filename to work.  What you get in return for this unwanted temporary file
is a clean transcript.

Why would you not want to save the edited buffer?  Usually we use this
sequence of ESS commands to test and develop code.  Then we want the
revised, working version.
