[ESS] outline-minor-mode

I haven't used them, but there is hs-minor-mode and also folding.el
(see www.emacswiki.org).  The latter looks promissing as it looks like
it would allow you to define follds as:

##{{{ Title of fold

...

##}}}  <-- end of the fold
