[ESS] New debian package for ESS 5.2.11

Dear ESS users,

ESS 5.2.11 is now also available as a debian package.  (We hope that
debian packages will also be made for future versions of ESS, closer
to each release of ESS.)

You can download and install as follows:

    wget http://ess.R-project.org/downloads/ess/ess_5.2.11-1_all.deb
    dpkg --install ess_5.2.11-1_all.deb

Thanks to Doug Bates, Martin Maechler, Camm Mcguire and David Sterratt
for help with this.  Future ESS packages will also be available from
debian, but our download may provide a quicker way to get the package.
