[ESS] Process SAS not running

This is perfectly normal behavior.  Please see the discussion in the ESS
documentation of
   10.7 iESS(SAS)-Common problems
where we give information on how to get around the site definition
of a sas macro that masks the real sas executable.  Please ask your
site manager to make the fix.  You can also fix it temporarily yourself
by having your own copy of ess-sas-sh-command earlier in the path.

You also have the option of changing your path and using your personal
copy of ESS rather than the site-installed version.
