[ESS] Suggestion for lazy help

How about when you press C-c C-v to get help on something it defaults to 
the word point is on just like TAGS?

Good or bad idea?

I tried to do this with a keyboard macro using M-DEL, but this only 
finds one word, excluding things like plot.lm ???

I could not figure out how the find-tag function does it.
