Hi,
Can you tell us what xemtex is -- is it a version of XEmacs bundled
with other stuff.
I'm not familiar with Windows, so can't say how you should get xemtex
as one of the programs available in the "Opens with" program, but
presumably xemtex wouldn't know to claim .R files for itself.
