[ESS] getting started with ESS and Xemacs

Dear Soren, Michael, and Stephen,

Thanks to Steven, I've corrected the problem in my init.el file, so that the
file now works with version 5.2.3 of ESS (the version in the latest XEmacs
ESS package, and one behind the current ESS 5.2.4). I've also updated my
introductory document. Everything is available at
<http://socserv.socsci.mcmaster.ca/jfox/Books/Companion/ESS/index.html>, as
before.
