[ESS] bindings to str and object

Thanks for sharing this Richard. I use the mouse/menu so seldom
that I never stumbled across this function.

Maybe some kind of default key binding intro for ESS commands
such as AUCTEX (C-c C-c) or Preview-LaTeX (C-c C-p) are using
would be useful.

A few proposals for intro key bindings:

- C-c M-e (for "e"ss) 
- C-c e (for "e"SS) 
- C-c E (for "E"SS) 

and for Sweave commands:

- C-c M-s ("s"weave)

each followed by a specific command (like M-j to evaluate the
current line).

I've just checked and these key bindings are not used by AUCTeX,
RefTeX, Preview-LaTeX, Matlab, R nor HTML-mode in Emacs by
default.
