[ESS] bindings to str and object

dear list:

being the cursor on top of an object in a .R script, I would like to 
have the possibility of:

a) have a binding (let's say C-c s) that would give me the structure 
of that object and keep the cursor on the .R script

b) have a binding (let's say C-c r) that would "run" the object and 
keep the cursor on the .R script

most likely this is very easy and maybe even implemented and but I 
cannot find and it would save me a lot of time as I have to do this 
two actions very often
