[ESS] completions do not load

I tried moving the ess-sp6-namedb.el to the

lisp/

subdirectory but they still do not load.
running Solaris 9 on Ultra 60

please, help.

It should probably go into the ./lisp/ subdirectory.

But that won't necessarily solve the problem, see below.

How and when completion works depends on a few things,
not the least the ESS version you are using.
Also
- what is your OS (MacOS, Linux, Windows, ...)
- what kind of Emacs are you using?
- Is this about R or S-plus ?
