[ESS] configuring the ess-toolbar under emacs

Thanks for the suggestion, but your change just gives me the standard emacs toolbar, with no ess extensions.

What if you had the following in site-start.el before (require 'ess-site):
(setq ess-use-toolbar nil)

And, then in .emacs:
(setq ess-use-toolbar t)
(require 'ess-toolbar)
