emacs --debug-init output interpretation needed

Hi guys.

At home, my (noninternet) linux pc gives me the
attached trace when I run emacs --debug-init.
There is no error when I remove the line that
says (load
"/bigdisk/home/rksh/ess-5.2.2/lisp/ess-site")
so I know the problem is not elsewhere in my .emacs file.

Can anyone please interpret the trace information
below? I can't understand it.

cheers

Robin
