texi2html - compilation problem with ESS 5.2.2 and FC1

I have RPM files for ESS through 5.2.1. If you read the spec file, I
think you will see some special mustard was required to block the
compilation of the html files. I always thought that since the src
package is distributed with the html in there, and so I diddled the
thing to stop it from trying.
if you want the patch file that goes along with the spec file, you must
download the src.rpm package.
I know there was one more update release of ESS that makes some cosmetic
changes, some of which I had already fixed in my patch. I found the
build problems to be difficult enough with this one that I did not
tackle the newer one for those cosmetic reasons. But if there is a
major substantive benefit, I'll get on it.
