no C-c C-v completion after library()

This works for me in ESS 5.2.3.
What may be a temporary solution (before upgrading to ESS
5.2.3), is to initiate the "completion table synchronization"
manually.
Either using the menu [iESS] (2nd entry) "Resynch S completions"
or simply  M-x ess-resynch.
